Hello Philippines !!!

At the night, I went from Tarakan to the airport in Jakarta, to go to a place where all my stories will begin. This story will be one of the most epic journey I ever had in my life. It will be my first time to teach in the “real” classroom and “real” condition, abroad,. It was quite a challenge for me. But that’s one of my reason to apply for this program, to challenge myself. SEA-TEACHER Batch 6 2018.

Me and my friend, Deni and students from other university from Indonesia went to Philiphinnes at on August 12th 2018. We have same schadule flight By using Air Asia Airways, we flew from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Jakarta to Ninoy Aquino International Airport for about 4 hours, it was a direct flight. Around 6 pm, we finally arrived in Ninoy Aquino International Airport after the tiring flight.

But then I realized it was not the end of our trip. We still have to drive for around four hours to our destination, Tarlac Agricultur University, on the way of the our trip we stopped for dinner and after that continued our journey to Tarlac city. we will stay for a mounth in the university hotel. There are 14 student who placed in TAU from this batch. 11 student are from indonesia and 3 students are from Thailand.

CLOSING CEREMONY  Today is Closing ceremony and we have some surprise, our hostel has a guest and they are Our Student from Lab School, it was nice to meet them, some of us is crying because of have to leave them, and i got a sketch from them ~, but after that, Kuya Lao is coming to the hostel and told us that we have to create slide about what we already done in one month for presenting in the Closing ceremony, and it will be held in 30 minutes. So we made a presentation as fast as possible to show what we already learn today. we get to the Closing ceremony on time and then i am presention, i explained about the teaching session of my internship and all the things that’s happened we are doing for one month. 6TH BATCH SEA-TEACHER & 2ND BATCH SEA-TVET 2018 TAU And then the impression from SEA-TVET by Ichsan Ali (IPB) and from SEA-Teacher by Rusdi (UNRAM) but Rusdi has a problem so he cant do the speech. Meanwhile Ali’s speak was so touching, it made me feel missing them,

21nd day in Philippines

Today is Market Day.  We went to the Tarlac SM by using The bus, it cost 41 pesos (about  Rp. 12,000) it was fun there, i bought many things there and I also bought Turon for snacking while waiting for the others,   it is wrapped banana and langka the taste is sweet.  We have to wait for the others, because we are splitted up on 1 pm and have to regroup again on 5pm, its so bored when we are waiting. We did shopping for almost 6 hours We are finally regroup again on the meeting point at 05.30, after that we get back to the hostel by using van, and we have to walk again to the hostel.
