10nd day in Philipinnes


Ied Mubarak

Today is the special day for all Muslim around the world. My friends and I went to the Mosque near here since today was ied-ul adha!. We needed to take a bus to get there. It just costed 10 peso each person, we have to be ride jeepney about 10 minutes to go there. Well just there is one mosque here in Tarlac and the condition is not so good and as big as mosque in Indonesia but I really thank to God because I could still celebrate ied-ul adha in here. That was so important to us as a muslim.
But again, we were late to get there. We couldn’t do ied-ul adha praying but we still could hear the speech from ustad. But unfortunetely, the speech used filipino language so we didn’t understand. After the speech, people there served food like gule (?) . I wasn’t so sure but it was kind like gule. That was so delicious. We ate together with muslims there in Mosque even my friends from Thailand came with us to the Mosque.

21nd day in Philippines

Today is Market Day.  We went to the Tarlac SM by using The bus, it cost 41 pesos (about  Rp. 12,000) it was fun there, i bought many things there and I also bought Turon for snacking while waiting for the others,   it is wrapped banana and langka the taste is sweet.  We have to wait for the others, because we are splitted up on 1 pm and have to regroup again on 5pm, its so bored when we are waiting. We did shopping for almost 6 hours We are finally regroup again on the meeting point at 05.30, after that we get back to the hostel by using van, and we have to walk again to the hostel.
